"Our produce is seasonal, fresh and almost completely local and our dishes are vibrant, colourful and delicate. Our interior design pays homage to nature and our surroundings, the original structure is made from reclaimed wood, and we have left the existing tree standing in the middle of the restaurant – therefore no trees were harmed in the making of Woods.
The values and philosophies of the food concept at Woods are to use the best local produce on the island and then contrast these ingredients with elevated cooking techniques. We want to highlight what this island has to offer through a different lens. We like to challenge ourselves to create unique experiences for our customers while still creating dishes that are familiar and approachable. You will find vegan, vegetarian, seafood, and meat dishes on our menu."
