Our team of bakers, baristas, coffee experts, chefs and designers are a talented bunch. Our bakers hand-make nearly every item on our menu - constantly pushing the boundaries of flavour without ever compromising on quality or taste. Where we can, we use locally-sourced, organic ingredients to minimise our impact on the environment. We might not be perfect, but we’re doing what we can to blend sustainability with the food industry."

We believe when it comes to sustainability, it’s the little things that have the biggest impact. Like charging the same price for a regular latte as an oat latte, giving you a discount for riding your bike, or using the end cuts of our sourdough to create our (legendary) soft serve. We use organic, locally-sourced ingredients and are proud to serve Single Origin Indonesian coffee. A simple recipe of maximum deliciousness and minimum impact is how we’re baking our way to a better future. It’s the Baked way."
