"Taking care of the environment is an absolute must. Although always difficult in a south East Asian country and especially in the hospitality business, we imply as many sustainable solutions as possible. All our take away’s are given in recycled material containers, there is no use of plastic straws and all administration is either digital or printed on recycled paper. We are working towards a zero wastage program where all our products are used to its absolute full potential and nothing is thrown away without having served a purpose."

"Our garden is full of local plants , our furniture is locally crafted with local materials most of it all wood grown on the island."

Waste Management

"We are becoming a zero wastage company where eventually nothing will remain unused. Currently, we already focus on using all ingredients to their full potential incorporating them in as many dishes as possible, we use cloth napkins and all staff is trained to reduce waste. We have no plastic containers of any kind including straws, bottles, bags, take away. All are made from either recycled material or sustainable ones like glass, bamboo or metal."

 

Energy & Water Conservation

"LED lighting is used through out the venue. Staff is informed on minimizing energy use. Constant maintenance is present to avoid leakage and conserve water."
