Warung Local

Since the beginning, Warung Local has prioritized sustainability and responsibility by eliminating single-use plastic bottles, using paper straws, selling reusable cotton bags, recycling soda cans, offering discounts to customers who bring their own food containers, and collaborating with Pak Ketut Celelut to repurpose food waste as pig feed. To avoid food waste, careful management of dinner preparations is practiced. The team is composed entirely of local employees who are supported in their efforts to aid the local banjar and are educated on garbage sorting and conservation of water and energy.
