"Yema Kitchen work with local fishermen / organic farmers. We educate our staff with the importance to being green. Yema has a rule of no Single use plastic and is also implicated with our staff. All of Yema packages is eco friendly. We are also looking into working with terracotta for the kitchen. Yema left over is being used to feed animals and to compost. All material of our buildings and furniture were locally sourced."
