Construction of an Amphi Theatre (Sumberkima Stage) on top of a hill for cultural performances in collaboration with Sumberkima village.
Development of a glamping concept with profit sharing in collaboration with Sumberkima village.
Supporting villagers to develop services such as laundry, motorbike rental, taxi services, tours, etc. to spread business opportunities.
Providing funds to the Kepala Adat for his projects to support villagers.
Attracting mostly staff from the village through an application system in collaboration with the Kepala Adat.
Initiation of an NGO to help restore the reef and create the right conditions for sustainable development: metamorfosa.org.
Creation of an organic farm to enable Sumberkima Hill to teach more local farmers to grow vegetables that can be supplied to their restaurants. The farm makes its own compost that is also used in the villa gardens.
Building villas and furniture with local builders and craftsmen.
