“In our bakery, we work closely with suppliers to minimize (plastic) packaging, we buy in bulk to minimize packaging, we use reusable bags and jars, we separate organic trash paper, glass, plastic and metal. In our team, sustainability planning is implemented weekly and monthly. We encourage guests to bring their jars and receive a discount on purchases. We minimize waste by taking our old leftovers and upcycle into delicious, new goods.
We have a high-tech water filtration system installed which has eradicated the use of plastic gallon containers. Lastly, we believe in supporting the community that supports our business. Several times a year, we run donation drives to support local charities like Bali Children’s Foundation.”
