At Nuanu, our foundation rests on a set of sustainable values that guide everything we do. We believe in creating a harmonious balance between humanity and the environment, ensuring a better future for all. Some of our sustainable values consist of Conservation, Environmental Stewardship, Ethical Sourcing, Community Engagement, Education and Awareness, and Social Equity.
For example, we have the nature team where they in charge of the Magic Garden zone, one of the largest zones in Nuanu. The team handles the harmony of the ecological systems of the site (that are in resonance towards UN SDG), such as conservancy of native plants, reduction of air pollution, empowering locals, and giving efforts to protect the natural wildlife biodiversity in the context of urban development.
The Nature Team’s main priorities are regenerative systems in Nuanu Project, as well as sustainable urban development in all processes.
The team’s purpose is to design and construct an experiential green space and implement educative programs in areas of Magic Garden such in sectors of, sustainability, production of food, methods of composting, community garden, and a botanical collection of our island’s rich resources.
