Bella is Italian Cuisine gone vegan.

Like the sister restaurant, Sage, Bella takes pride in making their dishes fresh to order. Bella believes in good, clean food; that both ingredients and the manner in which their food is prepared are important.

"We believe great meals serve not only as an expression of culinary creativity, health, and nourishment, but also as a platform for collaboration, community and heartfelt communication. In our homes, memories are built around sitting at kitchen table, laughing with family and friends, awaiting fresh bread to come out from the oven. Sustainability Management

"We do our best to source ingredients and work with suppliers who share our beliefs to grow organically, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We partner with an organic farm in order to ensure that we have access to good quality produce and organic unaltered seeds. Whenever possible, we always choose to buy first from the families of those who are employed with Bella or Sage locally before finding other suppliers. We prepare most of our dishes in house, by hand and from scratch.

We compost our green waste from the restaurant and use it in our farm and gardens. We sort our waste, and reuse or recycle. We only fry in coconut oil, cook on stove top with conventional ovens, no microwaves. We do our best to cook in stainless steel and cast iron. We have UV filters on all the taps throughout our kitchen and bar. We intentionally prepare and serve our food with love and good intensions. We try to smile and have fun in our kitchens! We do this with every meal we make so that those of you who sit at our tables will leave with a feeling of contentment and happiness."
