Times Beach Warung is more than just a beach warung; it's a nostalgic homage to simpler days. Nestled under the Pura Dalem trees, opposite the local temple, and overlooking the vast Indian Ocean, Times invites guests to unwind and savor the moment. ANALOG

Analog is a surf café shaped by the spirit of the 1970s, when food was simple, time moved slower, and connection mattered. Vinyl records set the rhythm, while intentional design guides how the space feels rather than how it looks. Food is uncomplicated and considered, encouraging people to settle in rather than rush through. Environmental choices are embedded in daily operations, from rainwater harvesting and RO filtration to passive cooling, LED lighting, and low-impact packaging. Community initiatives, including composting and tree planting, extend this thinking beyond the café. What stays with visitors is the atmosphere: unforced, grounded, and quietly attentive to how time is spent.

MILK & MADU

Morning begins easily at Milk & Madu, where generous tables fill early and conversations linger. Food arrives simply, prepared with produce sourced from nearby farmers and trusted suppliers, chosen for quality and consistency. Across its venues, attention is given to how things are done behind the scenes as much as what reaches the table. Single-use plastics have been removed from dine-in and takeaway, and kitchens work steadily toward reducing waste, with food scraps redirected to local farmers and unused ingredients transformed into new preparations. Beyond the kitchen, Milk & Madu maintains close ties with its community, supporting staff wellbeing through mental health partnerships and contributing to local causes through annual fundraising events. The aim is moving toward net-zero waste across venues and chains, while remaining a place to return to.
