Mana Earthly Paradise
Purpose-Driven Hospitality
Mana Earthly Paradise was created to demonstrate that hospitality can be a force for regeneration. Operated by Earth Company, the property exists to support environmental responsibility, social impact, and long-term systems change. Profits from the villas directly support Earth Company’s work with changemakers across the Asia-Pacific region.
Regenerative Design & Materials
The villas are constructed using earth-bag architecture and natural materials such as stone, bamboo, and reclaimed wood. Design decisions prioritise passive cooling, natural ventilation, and integration with the surrounding landscape, allowing the property to function in harmony with nature rather than imposing on it.
Energy & Water Systems
Mana uses solar energy to power lighting across the property, reducing reliance on conventional electricity. Rainwater harvesting systems collect and treat water for use, while wastewater is managed through natural filtration systems that support irrigation and landscape regeneration.
Waste & Resource Practices
Waste reduction is addressed through composting, waste sorting, and the use of biodegradable alternatives wherever possible. These practices are designed to minimise landfill contribution and encourage circular use of resources throughout daily operations.
Food & Growing
An on-site permaculture garden provides herbs and produce used at the property, strengthening the connection between land, food, and guests. Food practices are guided by mindful sourcing and respect for seasonal and local ingredients.
Community & Learning
Education and shared learning are central to Mana’s vision. Through initiatives such as Sunday School, the property supports ecological education for local children, while guests are invited to learn about regenerative living through everyday experiences and open dialogue.
Certification
Mana Earthly Paradise is a Certified B Corporation™, reflecting verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
