• Constructed an amphitheater (Sumberkima Stage) for cultural performances in partnership with Sumberkima village

• Developed a glamping concept with profit sharing with Sumberkima village

• Aids villagers in developing services like laundry, motorbike rentals, taxi services, and tours to expand business opportunities

• Provides funds to the Kepala Adat for village support projects

• Initiated an NGO, Metamorfosa.org, to restore the reef and promote sustainable development

• Created an organic farm to teach local farmers sustainable vegetable farming and supply their restaurants. The farm produces compost used in villa gardens

• Builds villas and furniture with local builders and craftsmen, supporting local artisans
