MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an ideal candidate who will lead our marketing activities.

As a full time marketing manager of The Punch, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing guidelines to promote the company’s brand image
  • Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results
  • Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content
  • Using new and innovative marketing methods to increase awareness through promotions and events
  • Building good relationships with key strategic partners
  • Approving budgets based on marketing priorities and analysis of return on investment
  • Determining indicators to track the performance of marketing projects
  • Developing new ways to engage the community and improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Guiding strategies to promote the use of digital marketing channels
  • Leading the planning of marketing campaigns launches for media assets, including media briefs

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Strong experience with Website analytics & CRM tools
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

CONTENT EDITOR MANAGER

We are looking for a super creative content editor with a passion for storytelling to oversee our content publishing needs in a fast-paced work environment. As a full time Content Editor Manager of The Punch, you will be responsible for developing content strategies, proofreading, editing, and analyzing readership data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a unified storytelling across all channels based on the brand strategies
  • Proofreading and editing spelling, grammar, and syntax
  • Ensuring that content meets brand’s messaging and the company needs
  • Organizing, modifying, and updating existing content
  • Verifying content and information
  • Working with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience
  • Collaborate with the team to come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind
  • Managing a busy workload according to deadlines
  • Analyzing data and analytics, and seeking to increase reader engagement and retention
  • Developing SEO strategies
  • Collaborating with the team for launches, meetings, and press events

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Writing, copy editing and proofreading experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in publishing software, Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our strong digital presence and global awareness. As a full time Digital Marketing Manager of The Punch, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns and projects across all digital networks.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Designing and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
  • Creating and managing digital content calendars
  • Developing strategies to drive customers to the website
  • Developing and monitor digital campaign budgets
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms
  • Coordinating with marketing team and PRs to improve marketing results
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Working with our team to brainstorm new and innovating growth strategies
  • Overseeing and managing all paid-ads, contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing position

As a full-time Account Manager of The Punch, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and serving as the lead point of contact for all members.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Managing contracts and closing agreements
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicating the progress of our initiatives
  • Identifying industry trends 
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
  • Keep track of key account metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales and communication
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time and maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
