All Warung Gouthé's staff are local and the team loves giving job opportunities to beginners. Most of them have been working for the restaurant since the very beginning in 2016. The staff members are considered as part of the family and are regularly trained, just as if they were in a cooking school. Warung Gouthé is taking responsibility for its impact on the environment and its community.
